Once enabled for a Product or Collection, AI can instantly respond to member questions using the instructions and knowledge resources you provide—such as FAQs, onboarding details, or product information. 

You stay in control at all times. If a member requests human help or you want to step in personally, you can easily take over the conversation, reply manually, and assign it back to AI when you're done.
